What is Urbara 30?
It is pure vermicompost. The compost obtained from the casting of earthworms is known as vermicompost. The weight of the materials passing through the body each day is almost equal of the earthworms have several enzymes and are rich in plant nutrient beneficial bacteria and mycorrhizac.

We offer soil ameliorant in product name Dr. Pahalwan. Dr. Pahalwan (soil ameliorate) is a base of organic and natural substances, which has been very specifically designed by our research and development wing after looking into the present edaphic situations in most parts of the country. This product is more specifically designed to ameliorate the acidic soils of the eastern and the terai and the hilly areas.

Dr. Pahalwan is an enriched form of a mixture of organic and natural soil ameliorant, which not only reduces the soil acidity but at the outset also maintains the organic matter status of the soil and the organic carbon content there of for better crop yield and sustainable agriculture.

The plant nutrients embedded in the ameliorant are all in the organic and natural phase which is released gradually with help of root exudates, ensuring only crop uptake without causing any deterioration to the soil texture and structure.

Components of Dr. Pahalwan or soil ameliorant

Rhizobium

Sukrish – A contains free living aerobic non symbiotic nitrogen fixing bacteria found in rhizosphere and phyllosphere zone of many plants. Rather than nitrogen fixing ability it produces a variety of growth promoting substances like indole acetic acid, Gibberellins, B-Vitamins and anti fungal substances. It fixes approximately 20-30 kgs of biological nitrogen per hectare per season.

Due to excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides the no. of micro – organisms are gradually decreasing. This soil is low inorganic content and acidic, water holding capacity and air space are also less.

To increase the no. of micro-organisms in the soil Sukrish-A gives best result in applied with organic manures or compost. Sukrish – A can cut the inorganic chemical nitrogenous fertilizers up to 25% - 40% depending on the soil condition.

Phosphate Solubilising Bacteria

We offer Phosphate Solubilising Bacteria for crop yield. Phosphorous is one of the vital elements required for crop yield. Only 20%- 30% of the inorganic phosphatic fertilizers applied are available to plants while rest are lost due to leaching and by chemical fixation in the soil. Over the year due to excessive inorganic fertilizer used, this chemically fixed phosphorous has accumulated in the soil as insoluble phosphates of Ca, Fe, and Al. Plants can not absorb these phosphates present in the insoluble forms in the soil. However , beneficial bacteria present in Sukrish-p is capable of solubilising these chemically fixed insoluble phosphates and make them available to the plants .This helps to reduce the usage of chemical phosphatic fertilizer application. Bacteria in Sukrish-p enclousure early root development, produces organic acid like succinic acid which hastens the maturity and thereby increases the ratio of grain and yield and help rapid cell development in plants. It stimulates formation of fats, convertible starches and healthy seeds.

Recommendation – Seed treatment 5-10gms Sukrish-p (Phosphate Solubilising Bacteria) with sufficient quantity of cooled rice gruel and coat the seed of kg and dry for half an hour before sowing.

Seeding treatment : 1 kg sukrish –p (Phosphate Solubilising Bacteria)with 25-30 lit of water . Dip the roots of the seedling for 1 acre in suspension for half an hour and transplant.

Soil Application : 1kg of Sukrish-p (Phosphate Solubilising Bacteria)with 100kg-200kg of compost blend the mixture and broadcast cover one acre before last ploughing or first irrigation.

Tree treatment : For most field and horticultural crops like fruit trees and ornamental trees apply at the root zone directly @ 2-4 gms Sukrish-P / lit of water early in the season for treatment of individual.

The bacterial cells of Sukrish-P (Phosphate Solubilising Bacteria) when applied in the soil gets activated and produces fresh batch of active cells.These cells grow and multiply by utilizing the carbon source in the soil or from root exudates .

Azospirillum

We offer azospirillum in product name Sukrish-ASP. Sukrish–Asp contains nitrogen fixing bacteria Azospirillum. It is found in the soil around roots and roots surface. Azospirillum can fix nitrogen from the atmosphere. Due to excessive use of chemicals fertilizer and pesticides, the number of these bacteria are gradually decreasing. Application of Sukrish-Asp increases the population and improves soil fertility. It can fix 20-40 kgs nitrogen per hectre per season.Rather than nitrogen fixing ability it also products indole acetic acid, Gibberelling, B Vitamins and Antifungal Substances. It increases, soil organic matter and water holding capacity.

Dose : Seed Treatment 1 kg / acre

Mix 1 kg Sukrish-Asp with 500-1000ml of cooled rice gruel. Mix the seeds required for 1 acre to have a uniform coating. Dry the seeds and sow the seeds within 24 hours.

Seedling treatment : Mix 1 kg with 25-30 ltrs of water, Dip the root of the seedlings for 1 acre in the suspension for half an hour and transplant.

Soil Application : For Paddy , Wheat and Vegetable -1kg / Acre with 50-100 kgs compost in soil before transplantation. For Potato, Mulberry, sugar cane, Betel leaf, Jute, Oil seeds, etc.: 2kgs / acre with compost as before. For fruits and others horticultural Crops- 3 kgs / ace with Compost as before.

Potency : 1 X 10 CFU/gm when packed

Precaution : Do not mix Sukrish-A with Chemical Fertilizer and Pesticides. Apply During evening for proving for providing humid conditions. If Conditions are dry, irrigate the land before application. Chemical Fertilizers or pesticides should not be sprayed before or after 3-4 days. For better result, store in cool dry place.

Vesicular Arboscular Mycorrhizal

Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizal (VAM) is a carrier based microbial inoculants of glomus sp. This fungus when applied in the soil develops huge quantity of hyphae which increases the absorbing capacity of plant roots.

Mode of action:

The Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizal fungi solubilise the unavailable form of nutrient of plant and make it available to the plants. This fungus is associated near the root zone in a mutually beneficial relationship.

Bacillus Thuringiensis

Bacillus Thuringiensis (BT)

Gram Positive; soil dwelling; aerobes ;capable of producing endospore. Developed as microbial insecticides:

Mode of Bacillus Thuringiensis action:

Instead of nerve poison, bacillus thuringiensis produces delta–endotoxin also known as crytoxin or crystals, which interact with cells of gut of the target insects and virtually paralyzes the digestive system. The effective insects stop feeding and die out of starvation, Crytoxins are effective against species of orders Lepidoptera, Diptera and Coleoptera.

Few Insects Controlled by Bacillus Thuringiensis:

Vegetable Insects: Cabbage worm, cabbage looper, diamondback moth etc.

Field and forage crop insects Corn borer, alfalfa caterpillar alfalfa weborm, potato beetle etc.
